Russian–African Community Foundation

About the Foundation
We create opportunities for partnership, investment, and sustainable development.
The Russian–African Community Foundation serves as a platform for dialogue, cooperation, and the delivery of joint projects in the fields of infrastructure, education, healthcare, and trade.
We bring together businesses, expertise, and resources to launch initiatives that contribute to sustainable development and strengthen international ties.

Our mission is to act as a reliable bridge between Russian companies, investors, and African partners. We help identify promising projects, building effective cooperation, and supporting joint initiatives at every stage of implementation.
President of the Foundation,
Alexander Biryukov

Projects and Initiatives
The Foundation actively develops projects in key sectors — infrastructure, education, healthcare, and trade. Through an extensive partner network and practical experience in African countries, we contribute to the implementation of programs aimed at long-term socio-economic development and the strengthening of international cooperation.
We believe that sustainable partnerships, mutual trust, and the pooling of resources open new horizons for business, investment, and humanitarian cooperation between Russia and Africa.
